Food suppliers throughout Lübeck, supermarkets & restaurants donate food, companies donate money and lend their employees to us, private individuals help or donate; All of this and our gratitude for it seems to us to be well expressed in an apple.

“An Apple a Day, keeps the doctor away,” they say. And in fact, no one disputes the great qualities of a table apple.
