Working hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 10 am–4 pm
When the doors of our food bank open, teamwork is essential: food is checked, sorted and distributed to our clients. You’ll be right at the heart of it all, interacting directly with the people who come to us, and using your reliability to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you enjoy working in a team and are keen to get stuck in, this is the perfect place for you.
Tasks
- Checking and sorting food
- Helping to unload and store food
- Distributing food to food bank clients
- Tidying up and cleaning the rooms at the distribution centre
Requirements
- Regular commitment – ideally once a week
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and outgoing
- Physical stamina
- Reliability
